We are Deidre Dattoli and Jodie Ross. We have known each other for more than 20 years. Embrace Your Extraordinary is a movement, and a beautiful collaboration and expression of our professional and personal experience, our hearts, and our souls callings.

We specialise in human potential, and our vision and work focuses on the human behind your results. The whole human. The visible and invisible parts, that are who and what you naturally are, and influence everything you create and experience. 

We both believe that life is calling humanity forward to shift culture and create positive changes in how we live, lead, and create. For ourselves, the children, generations to come, and earth. We believe it’s why this work matters. To know how you tick more. To nourish, empower, and express your true self more. To create positive ripples for yourself and others. To live and create in ways where your ‘ands’ co-exist.

A message from De xx.

You can’t embrace your extraordinary while performing someone else’s version of you. I know this because I did it. For years.

When I was little, I wanted to be a preschool teacher. I ended up in hairdressing and, without meaning to, teaching again. My passion for guiding others and sharing knowledge caught the eye of L’Oréal’s head office, and I was promoted and promoted, ultimately running education nationally, ensuring all front-line employees knew how to use and promote every product in the L’Oréal Professionnel range. It was a big role. I loved it. The creativity, the joy of engaging others.

That instinct never left. But when I first stepped out on my own, I still wore a mask. I was building the Deidre Dattoli brand, but it felt like a performance. I’d done so much inner work… and still, I wasn’t quite being all of me.

That’s where Embrace Your Extraordinary began. All the coaching, the courses, the books, the conversations with Jodie, and the inner work I dove into, it all showed me that success isn’t about striving. It is about alignment. Remembering who you are and letting that be enough.

E.Y.E. is my life’s work and my legacy. It’s a movement, a blueprint for living as the full, embodied version of you, rather than the burnt-out, stretched-thin version you’ve been surviving with.

A message from Jodie xx.

My name is Jodie Ross. Personally, I am a mum of two, wife, passionate, sensitive, and creative human. Professionally, I am a human potential specialist, entrepreneur, health and transformation coach, wellness host, mentor, educator, SOMA breath advanced instructor, tapping practitioner, creator, writer, artist, and more. Beneath any of the roles or identities, I am a heart-centred human on an exploration, working out being human and life as I live it.

I live by the coast on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, Australia and am fascinated with learning about the human and about living here on earth. I believe that as a human you are already extraordinary, it’s not a destination, but something you naturally are.

My fascination with exploring more about the human began when I was young, engaging in my first powers of the mind training when I was 17. Then many years working with people in various roles including hairdressing to training (that’s where I first worked with Deidre, she initially was my boss at L’Oréal Professionnel) educating and project development. Each one has helped me learn about humans in different ways. For close to the last decade I have worked in the areas of holistic health and wellness, personal development and transformation.

Culture is shifting, can you feel it? Life is calling us forward to live in more nourishing and effective ways. Where the ‘ands’ co-exist without the same costs, and know the goodness of life is truly available if we dare to go there.

My vision and work is centred around helping humans and families to live more well, abundantly, fully, and sustainably, where the ‘ands’ co-exist in ways they value, choose, and light them up. Embrace Your Extraordinary with Deidre, feels like an expression from my soul. I’m no guru, I still feel the many human feels and go through my own processes figuring life out as I live it, but I am a driven woman and mother with love in my heart here to share some cool things I’ve learned so far. With the intention of a positive ripple for humanity, the children, and earth. It’s my legacy.

I believe in the body. I believe in nature. I believe in love. And I believe as a human, you’re extraordinary.
