Deidre and Jodie
Jodie and Deidre have known each other for over 20 years and have collective experience of over 60 years working with people in many areas. Together, they offer decades of experience in helping ambitious individuals create lasting change. Through nervous system regulation, mindset, body and energy shifts and alignment, emotional intelligence, embodiment practices, health and transformation coaching, training and education, and more.
They are soul friends and business partners. Over the past 2 decades have worked together, coached each other, been each others mentors at different times, both developed in different areas, are devoted mothers and have had many lived experiences.
Ranging from hairdressing to education and training, writing and creating education curriculums, senior leaders in corporate management and leadership, to entrepreneurs, business ownership, personal and professional development, to health, healing, wellness and conscious creation. Collectively they have both journeyed through their own highs, lows and experiences of being human, have learned and continue to learn more about embracing their own extraordinary, and have supported, nourished and led many thousands of people to feel and be extraordinary in various ways from the outside in and the inside out.
Deidre’s wealth of experience spans emotional intelligence, transformational and executive coaching, leadership development, team dynamics, performance enhancement, effortless meditation, and positive psychology. Jodie’s areas of expertise and experience are in the fields of mind-body integrative health, healing, wellness, nervous system, emotional alchemy, breathwork, meditation, personal development and conscious creation. Together the dymanic duo offer a collaborative whole person, whole being holistic approach in empowering people to empower themselves through their journey of being human, and embracing their extraordinary true nature to live more well, live more fully and create their most extraordinary life.
Between them, Jodie and Deidre have life experiences of training, coaching and holding space for tens of thousands of people, and hold various coaching, practitioner and healing certifications.
